HealthSync is a telemedicine platform that provides:

• Video consultations between patients and healthcare providers
• Secure messaging and communication
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Electronic prescriptions
• Medical records management
• Remote patient monitoring via wearable devices (Huawei Health Kit integration)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

By connecting your Huawei wearable device to HealthSync:

• You authorize us to access your health data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You understand that vital data (heart rate, SpO₂, etc.) will be shared with your healthcare providers
• You can disconnect your device and revoke access at any time
• Data accuracy depends on your device; we are not responsible for measurement errors

6. Healthcare Provider Responsibilities

Healthcare providers using HealthSync agree to:

• Maintain valid medical credentials
• Provide care within their scope of practice
• Protect patient confidentiality
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or software

HealthSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Medical decisions made based on information in the platform
• Accuracy of wearable device data
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Data loss or unauthorized access despite our security measures

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to HealthSync at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
